Graeme joined the CHFA as Chief Executive in July 2002. Prior to that he held senior management roles in banking and finance for Westpac Banking Corporation, health management at Hutt Valley Health and public sector consulting for KPMG. His senior banking roles included local and international corporate banking assignments.

Consulting assignments included a number of organisational efficiency and effectiveness reviews and outsourcing assignments in New Zealand, Australia and the wider Asia Pacific region.

Graeme is a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Management.
